Gatos Grove Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services as described on our website. All services are subject to availability and scheduling confirmation.

We reserve the right to modify, adjust, or discontinue any service at any time. Service descriptions on our website are for general informational purposes and may vary based on your specific needs.

Booking & Scheduling

By booking a service through our website or by phone, you agree to provide accurate information about your space and any special requirements. Pricing is based on the information provided during the consultation.

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Pricing & Payment

All quotes provided are flat-rate and based on the scope discussed during your consultation. There are no hidden fees or surprise charges.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as communicated during booking.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our cleaning service, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the area in question at no additional charge.

Our satisfaction guarantee covers the quality of cleaning performed. It does not cover pre-existing damage, stains that cannot be removed through standard cleaning methods, or issues unrelated to our service.

Liability & Insurance

Gatos Grove Cleaning is fully licensed and insured. In the unlikely event of damage caused by our team during service, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly and fairly.

We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or items not disclosed prior to service. Valuables and fragile items should be secured before our arrival.

Access & Entry

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the areas to be cleaned. This includes ensuring pets are secured and that the workspace is accessible at the scheduled time.

If our team is unable to access the property at the scheduled time without prior notice, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
